# Reason and purpose market consultation The Contracting Authority is preparing a tender for replacement the existing CBRN (Chemical - Radiological - Radiological and Nuclear) Waste Water Collection Systems (WWCS). Before publishing this tender - the Contracting Authority has decided to consult the market first. The purpose of this consultation is three-fold.
