VWS EA - GAPIV audits

The purpose of the Tendering Process is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) service provider for performing the Global Action Plan for Poliovirus Containment (GAPIV) audits for the facilities in the Netherlands working with poliovirus. The intention is for the Agreement to commence on 12 August 2024. Since 2019 - the IGJ has been assigned the task of the NAC (National Authority for Containment). In short - the Netherlands has signed a WHO resolution by which the Netherlands commits to the implementation of the Global Action Plan for Poliovirus Containment (GAPIV) to eradicate polio from the world.
