The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in tendering procedure no. T237171 for the delivery of eight (8) Video Downlink Track Antennas - eight (8) transport cases and ILS package. The Contracting Authority also requests an option for maintenance - repair by replace. # Introduction The Royal Netherlands Navy (RNLN) wishes to have access to a Video Downlink Track Antenna on both sea and land. This will allow units with Intelligence - Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability to: 1. improve their intelligence position; 2. increase the Situational Awareness (SA) in the Joint Operations Room; 3. make Maritime Battle Staffs (MBS’s) Supporting arms Coordination Center (SACC) better able to support deliberate and dynamic targeting.
