The hiring of vehicles in Norway

The purpose of this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement between the Contracting Authority and one Contractor for the hiring of vehicles (cars) in Norway. The contract involves the on-demand hire and supply of reliable and safe vehicles (cars) that are suitable for the (extreme) weather conditions in Norway. Among other things - the vehicles must meet specific requirements regarding grip - stability and performance at low temperatures.
