The Contracting Authority hereby invites you to submit a Request to Parcticipate in the procedure for: A framework agreement for the provision of Technical Support Services relating to nuclear security licensing and oversight for the period of mid-2026 to mid-2036. This procedure concerns a framework agreement for nuclear advisory services (Technical Support Services) including inspections - assessments - consulting and training in the field of nuclear security during the period of 2026–2036. Under the Dutch Nuclear Energy Act (Kew) - the Authority for Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection (ANVS) is responsible for overseeing nuclear safety - radiation protection and nuclear security.
