TDD Tool for the generation and provision of TSO-specific test and simulated cost data

The cost-sharing process for redispatching and countertrading in the Capacity Calculation Region (CCR) Core - initially set for mid-2024 - has been postponed to 2027 due to implementation challenges. To support implementation - the TDD Tool automates the generation and provision of TSO-specific test and simulated cost data during parallel runs of ROSC and cost sharing. The tool will ensure efficient data delivery by generating test data from both manually created input and ROSC data and simulating costs for cost-sharing parallel runs.
