Tax Compliance Support Services (Indirect & Corporate Tax)

The scope of this Invitation to Tender covers the provision of professional tax compliance support services to GÉANT - aimed at ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable indirect and direct tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions. The services within scope support GÉANT in meeting its statutory VAT and corporate income tax responsibilities in the jurisdictions listed as mandatory day-one scope in Annex A. This includes - at a high level - end-to-end support for tax registrations - periodic filings - payment-related obligations - and interactions with tax authorities - in accordance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
