System for electronic Certificates of Origin (e-CO)

# The Assignment The Chamber of Commerce (KVK) handles the issuance of certificates of origin (CO’s) and related export documents via the system: Digital Issuance of Export Documents (hereinafter: DAE). This system was developed internally approximately 19 years ago and has now reached the "end-of-life" status. This means that the system is no longer future-proof and no longer meets current requirements. Furthermore - maintenance will also become more complicated. In 2024 - KVK conducted an extensive study on the options for replacement of DAE.
