Supply of Medicinal Cannabis to the Netherlands

The Contracting Authority - Ministry of Health - Welfare and Sport - more specially the CIBG Agency (Office of Medicinal Cannabis) - is considering preparing a tender to seek for a supplier of Medicinal Cannabis to the Netherlands. Part of these preparations is a Market Consultation - offering interested companies with an opportunity to provide information early in the procurement process. The Market Consultation benefits all parties concerned. The Contracting Authority ascertains what is possible and impossible and what is going on in the market.
