RFI - RF Validation ecosystem / In country reprogramming

The Dutch Ministry of Defence (NLD MOD) is conducting a market survey to shape its procurement strategy for an RF‑validation ecosystem. This RFI is informational only; detailed proposals are not required at this stage. The objectives of this RFI are: 1. To gather comprehensive data on available technologies - market capabilities - and any constraints that could affect our choice of system. 2. Validating our vision.
