WHY THIS RFI This Request for Information (RFI) serves as a means of as information exchange between a contracting authority and (various) market parties. It provides Stedin an opportunity to consult market parties about the intended tender procedure. By obtaining ideas - knowledge and expertise - Stedin can determine the feasibility and preconditions of the proposed tender assignment. Existing ideas and wishes can be tested before the intended tender procedure actually commences. The RFI is not part of the tender procedure itself - but is a step in its preparation. This will improve the quality of the intended tendering procedure.
