In 2016 the Ministry of Finance (representing the Dutch State) transferred all procurement tasks regarding euro Collector Products to DNB - meaning that DNB is responsible for the procurement and subsequently the ordering of these products. The Contractor will be the only party that is entitled to produce - market and distribute euro Collector Products on behalf of the State. Hence - the Framework Agreement confers the exclusive right to produce - market - distribute and sell euro Collector Products on behalf of the State.
