Request for Information - Terminal for Offshore Wind Energy in Rotterdam (TOWER)

The Port of Rotterdam Authority (PoR) is developing TOWER - a state-of-the-art marshalling and pre-assembly terminal at Maasvlakte to accelerate offshore wind deployment across Northwest Europe. Designed for sustainability (net-zero emissions) - efficiency - and circularity - TOWER will handle transport - storage - (pre-)assembly - and delivery of wind turbine components and foundations - with future capability for decommissioning. The facility will feature 45 hectare terminal area - 835m deepwater quay and a RoRo facility.
