Regulated Ground handling Model (RGM)

This document contains the Tendering Guide of Schiphol Nederland B.V. (SNBV) concerning the Tender Procedure for the Concession of the Regulated Ground handling Model (RGM) - in accordance with Part 2a of the DPPA. # Introduction and Background In relation to this Tender Procedure - the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management (“Min I&W”) has decided to limit the number of providers of Ground Handling Services for commercial traffic with passengers at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol for the service categories baggage handling and ramp handling - to three GHSP (Decision 30 April 2024 with nr.
