Qualification System for ArcGIS expertise

This publication in Mercell does not concern a new Qualification System but is a continuation of the Qualification System previously published in Negometrix under number 201634 and the supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union (http://ted.europa.eu) under number 381211-2022. Short description TenneT wants to establish a Qualifcation System in order to have qualified economic operators that can be readily invited to participate in future tender procedures for specific Assignments under this Qualiification System regarding 'ArcGIS Expertise'.
