# Introduction The Ministry of Infrastructure and Water (MinI&W) and The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate (MinEZK) invite the quantum ecosystem in the Netherlands to develop quantum-enabled solutions for challenges in the field of (digital) Infrastructure - Water and Energy. The MinI&W is responsible for Water and Infrastructure policy in the Netherlands. MinEZK funds QDNL - the national initiative orchestrating the development of sustainable economic growth in the Netherlands through quantum technology. In the context of this challenge - the MinEZK is also responsible for Digital Infrastructure and Energy policy in the Netherlands.
