# The nature of the Order The subject of the Tender procedure is the delivery of system components and tooling to build - configure - maintain and diagnose the Protection - Automation and Control (PAC)-system of Stedin. These components and tooling will be used by Stedin to realize the PAC system. As cybersecurity is considered a strategic risk for Stedin - it forms an integral part of this tender - and requirements will therefore address organizational processes - supply chain security - and component-level protection (specific aspects will be introduced later in the award phase - see chapter 4.1).
