TenneT TSO B.V. intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single service provider for the delivery of penetration testing services in the Netherlands. The services cover the planning - coordination - execution - reporting and governance of penetration tests across TenneT’s IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The scope includes network and infrastructure testing - cloud and application security testing - API testing - endpoint testing - source code reviews - OT/SCADA testing - threat modelling - retesting and related advisory services. The objective is to establish a structured - scalable and risk-based penetration testing service aligned with Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).
