This document sets out the Tender Guideline for the European tender ‘Orchestration software within the Digital production lines of Stedin’ - drawn up by the Procurement Department at Stedin Netbeheer B.V. # Our problem Stedin currently operates within an IT landscape that is heavily focused on the customer-product combination. As a result - over time - numerous different customer-product process flows have emerged. Within these process flows - identical activities (capability functions) are executed in various ways. Although many of the same activities across different customer-product process flows should yield the same input and output - we observe the utilization of numerous different IT solutions.
