# General objective The general purpose of this Tendering Procedure is to conclude Agreements with a minimum of two [2] and a maximum of five [5] companies on the subject of the Assignment as described in the Tender Documentation. The Client has chosen a maximum Agreement duration of ten [10] years due to the implementation time required for RMU configurations across all Lots. This implementation phase indirectly reduces the effective operational time of the contract - which justifies a longer duration than the standard eight [8] years.
