The contracting authority is seeking an innovative solution for inspecting water pipelines - aimed at providing a reliable and efficient assessment of the condition over a minimum length of 1 kilometer. This assessment should be based on the (remaining) wall thickness and the detection of leaks with relatively minimal effort.
