Newborn heel prick screening cards

The objective of this ITT is to fulfil the need for Newborn Screening Cards (NSCs) for the Dutch Newborn Heel Prick Screening programme (including the Dutch Caribbean) in conformance with the scope of supply as described in paragraph 7 - by contracting one Supplier. The NSCs will be supplied as a set - i.e. a Newborn Screening Card inserted in an open white envelope. Insertion of the NSC in the white envelope will be performed by Supplier. In the addition to the Newborn Screening Sets - addressed envelopes for sending the bloodcontaining NSCs to the screening laboratories - are required.
