The general purpose of the Tendering Procedure is to conclude an Agreement with one (1) Contractor - on the subject of the Assignment described in the Tender Documentation. The commencement date for the aforementioned Agreement is the date as identified in the schedule and said Agreement will have a term of: • Development phase: objective is twelve (12) months (including testing by Client of 6 months) with a total maximum of sixteen (16) months (including testing by Client of 6 months). • Delivery phase: five (5) years - with the option of extending the Agreement three (3) times by one (1) years (total eight (8) years).
