The Contracting Authority - the Materiel and IT Command of the Netherlands Ministry of Defence (COMMIT) - hereby invites you to submit a Request for Participation in tendering procedure number T128983 for the delivery of a Mobile Camouflage System. # The Framework Agreement COMMIT - on behalf of the Netherlands Armed Forces will draw up an Framework Agreement on a ‘Mobile Camouflage System’ (MCS). Camouflage of a vehicle prevents premature discovery of the vehicle. The MCS shall provide reduction of the electromagnetic signature of the vehicle thus providing protection against passive and active sensor systems. This gives a tactical and operational advantage.
