The Contracting Authority is preparing a tender for procurement of a Submersible Delivery Vehicle (SDV). Before publishing this tender - the Contracting Authority has decided to consult the market first. The purpose of this market consultation is twofold. On one hand to inform the market of the upcoming acquisition of SDV’s and on the other hand to determine the extent of the interested eligible potential supplier (hereinafter referred to as respondents) markets and to explore the market’s potential to meet the need of the Contracting Authority.
