# Current Situation: Our operational departments are currently using paper documents that outline the weekly learning objectives and allow participants to track their progress throughout their training programs (created in Word - Excel and PDF). Participants carry these physically with them everywhere. These documents also contain assignments - as well as records of completed assignments and feedback from mentors. There is no digital progress tracking system - enabling various roles involved with a participant to monitor advancement and log information.
