# Introduction This publication concerns a Market Consultation for strengthening a functional system for plant variety protection (PVP) and variety licensing in Mozambique under The Mbeu/Mozambique Seed Partnership (Mbeu/MSP). The Mbeu/Mozambique Seed Partnership (Mbeu/MSP) is a national programme funded by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN) that supports the development of a stronger - more efficient - inclusive and resilient seed sector in Mozambique.
