Market Consultation Automatic Waste Collection System (AWCS)

The Municipality of Rijswijk is currently (re)developing three densely built high-rise urban areas. In these neighborhoods - traditional methods of waste collection may pose significant challenges. To address these issues - the Municipality is considering the use of an Automatic Waste Collection System (AWCS). A feasibility study has shown that an AWCS could be a viable solution for these projects. However - no final decision has yet been made regarding the implementation of one or more of these systems in the identified areas.
