Library Management System

The subject of the tender is a new library management system (LMS) - including related services for Utrecht University. It concerns a LMS with the following components: • Circulation and patron management o Management of data related to patrons - circulation - hold requests - returns and the data of libraries - collections and items - related to circulating library materials. o Customer web interface for the purpose of delivery (fulfillment) and so that patrons can view their own data (borrowed materials - hold requests etc.). • Acquisitions o Management of ordering - receiving and making available physical and digital library materials. o Licence management. • Management of digital and printed collections o Knowledge base - database with the purpose of making available all collections of Utrecht University...
