Landelijk - Wheel profile monitoring system (Pilot)

ProRail requires the delivery of a wheel profile measurement system to measure the cross-sectional profile of wheels and detect early or abnormal wear. The purpose of this tender is to conclude an exclusive lease agreement with the option to purchase with one party regarding the wheel profile measurement system hereinafter called the ‘assignment‘ to meet this need. ProRail - together with NS - has developed a vision in the area of Wayside Train Monitoring. Together with stakeholders from the rail sector - we have explored needs regarding wayside monitoring and identified use cases.
