IT4Employee - User Support Services

Through this Procurement Procedure - SNBV aims to select a Contractor capable of delivering high-quality user support services within a co-sourcing model that aligns with its strategic IT transformation to an environment with between 4000 and 7000 end users. This transformation focuses on strengthening internal control over service direction - architecture - and change - while reducing dependency on the Contractor for critical decision making. The Contractor must be able to deliver an integrated set of user support services - covering both remote and onsite support and will deliver operational services on behalf of SNBV - but ownership of the service - strategic direction - prioritization - and KPI definition will remain firmly with SNBV.
