# Introduction This is the Selection Guide pertaining to the Selection Phase of HVC’s European restricted tender (T166377) for the conclusion of an Agreement with one (1) Contractor for the EPC (Engineering - Procurement and Construct) project ‘BESS – Alkmaar’ including O&M contract after completion.
