HR-IT Software suite

The goal of this HR-IT sourcing initiative is to procure TenneT’s HR system landscape and related services to ensure continued compliance - cost-efficiency - scalability - and innovation-readiness for the Dutch (NL) business entity. The scope of this tender and the requested solution includes the provision of licenses for all HR-related applications and supporting business applications. Chapter 6 ‘Landscape for reference’ describes the current applications in use at TenneT. The solution must ensure business continuity - legal compliance - and functional alignment with TenneT’s HR processes - while allowing for scalability - modularity - and eventual optimization and future functional and technical developments.
