HPHT Triaxial Apparatus

The purpose of this Tender is to acquire a high‑end - high‑pressure and high‑temperature triaxial apparatus - hereafter HPHT Triaxial Apparatus - for the Geomechanics Laboratory (iM4RockLab) of the Geological Survey of the Netherlands. The new apparatus is required to replace the current aging systems - expand the laboratory’s experimental capabilities - and ensure the continuity of reliable - high‑quality geomechanical data essential for ongoing and emerging projects. The new equipment will allow TNO to perform experiments at significantly higher pressures and temperatures - broaden the range of geological conditions that can be simulated - and accommodate more advanced sensing configurations compared to our current systems.
