Hosting - technical support and development JEMS

Interreg Meuse-Rhine uses the online monitoring system Jems (Joint electronic monitoring system) to manage the programme and the funded projects. All necessary processes and data for the following elements of the programme and project cycle are mapped in this portal: application - project selection - contracting - monitoring - reporting - expenditure control - payments to projects and programme management tasks. The application has been developed by the EU Interact programme in close cooperation with the interested European Interreg programmes - since 2019. The software is being continuously expanded and further developed. The actual software development is being carried out by the IT company Cloudflight.
