The service Agreement involves the provision of statistical data - including the delivery of and access to up-to-date country reports containing all relevant information. This data serves as the basis for determining personnel allowances and standard amounts related to housing (rent and additional costs) for posted employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs - the Ministry of Defence - other Dutch government institutions (such as attachés) - and posted employees in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom.
