Background and reason for the Market Consultation The DSTA is responsible for managing and financing the national debt by issuing government bonds: Dutch State Loans (DSLs) and Dutch Treasury Certificates (DTCs) and also the execution of daily cash management. We have a strong need for a TMS that supports us now and in the future in all operational (front - middle and backoffice) - risk management and administrative tasks related to financing the Dutch State. W e currently use Wallstreet Suite (WSS) to support most of our processes concerning treasury management. The current situation however does not meet our evolving requirements concerning an optimal support of treasury management anymore.
