Expert support: Cost effectiveness and business case analyses for future offshore wind farm sites

The objective of this tender is to sign a contract with one contractor to perform cost effectiveness studies and business case analyses for future Offshore Wind Farm sites in the Netherlands. Skills in strategic zoning - energy yield analysis - and cost modelling are essential to support informed financial and planning decisions.
