# General These selection guidelines relate to the European tender based on a competitive dialogue (according to 2.28 and 2.29 Aw) to award a framework agreement for the provision of an Engineering Services Contract (hereinafter “Contract”). This tender is conducted by EBN Capital B.V. - as mandated party for EBN B.V. - and N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie for the benefit of the Aramis CCS Project(hereinafter: “Aramis”). Aramis shall be acting and engaging with the Candidate on behalf of the Aramis CCS Project.
