DPS online collaboration tools

This document contains the Admission Guidelines for the Dynamic Purchasing System for Online collaboration tools. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) allows you to submit an offer to a large number of Institutions after completing a simple registration procedure. The Participants wish to purchase online collaboration tools on demand. The Assignments for delivering these products must be awarded in a simple manner and within a short period of time. The DPS is set up for the supply of online collaboration tools and - as described in paragraph 1.4.5 - for the benefit of the Participants.
