DPS for Coring Services

The purpose of this DPS is to establish a framework for assignments relating to coring services. The scope of coring services may vary per project and shall be defined in detail through possible future mini tenders. Per coring target - coring may be performed in one or multiple runs - using coring BHAs of one or multiple core barrel lengths. The coring intervals may consist of consolidated or unconsolidated formations - or a combination of both. It is anticipated that consolidated formations can be cored using a standard spring-type (or similar) core catcher - while unconsolidated formations may require the incorporation of a full closing catcher system.
