The general purpose of this Tendering Procedure is to conclude an Agreement with multiple companies on the subject of the Assignment as described in the Tender Documentation. This Tendering Procedure is concerned with an Assignment that is exclusively related to the supply of distribution- and earthing transformers - including OLTC distribution transformers and potential related services. Because of the energy transition and the expiration of existing agreements in the coming years - Alliander has a new and growing demand for standard distribution transformers - OLTC distribution transformers - earthing transformers and potential related services.
