The Contract involves the delivery of a MET/ANSP OPMET system - including the acquisition of a license on usage of the system and the provision of support and maintenance on behalf of the Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) as the Contracting Authority. The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) is an agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat). KNMI is designated and certified - under the Single European Sky (SES) framework - as Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) for Meteorology (MET) in the Amsterdam Flight Information Region and for the Caribbean islands Bonaire - Sint Eustatius and Saba.
