Delivery and maintenance of trailers and semi-trailers WTB

A general description of the indicative scope of the draft Delivery Agreement and the draft Maintenance Agreements - the structure of the tender and project are presented in the following paragraphs of this Selection Guide. The structure of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) assessment and a more detailed description of the scope and structure of the tender and project will be presented in the invitation to participate for the next stage being the dialogue stage. These will be issued only to the Candidates which are selected during this selection stage.
