Debt and capital advisory support

The Dutch State is negotiating with Tata Steel Netherlands B.V. (TSN) and Tata Steel Limited/Tata Group (TSL) a state support package for the realization of the decarbonization and environmental projects (the Projects) at Tata Steel Ijmuiden. The State requests advisory services for the analysis of the optimal capital structure and debt composition to finance the Projects of TSN. Services include advising on debt capacity - indicative financing costs - capital and debt raising strategies and market appetite for TSN and/or TSL guaranteed debt and (quasi) equity - as input for the negotiation proposals from the Dutch State; The analysis should include a thorough analysis of various funding options for TSN and/or TSL to finance the Projects. maximaal € 1.000.000
