Confocal Microscope

This procedure aims to close an agreement with one organization for the purchase of one microscope that is capable of i) automated confocal imaging for high throughput screening - ii) automated light microscopy - iii) lifetime fluorescence imaging - iv) automated positioning using smart microscopy and v) communicating with non-proprietary automated instrumentation With this microscope we aim to develop a microscopy-based infrastructure that enables both i) highthroughput phenotypic screening in 3D live advanced cell systems and ii) image-guided single-cell and intracellular component sampling.
