CO2 Flowmeters

This award guideline forms part of the European tendering process via an “Open procedure” for the Porthos project for the delivery of coriolis flowmeters for CO2. Porthos Offshore Transport and Storage C.V. (“POTS”) is the contracting party in the tender process. To process the tender effectively and efficiently POTS uses the platform and tender communication infrastructure of Gasunie called “Ariba” (Ariba eSourcing). It is noted that any and all communications in this tender process issued and/or published by Gasunie via Ariba to tenderers are issued for and on behalf of POTS.
