# The nature and expected scope of the Contract The Dozyhouse is a small villa - consisting of a half sunken basement with three levels of living space and an attic - built in the 1920`s and considerately remodeled later. The Dozyhouse is a registered national monument. It has a small garden with a surrounding wall on three sides - a fence on the streetside and a garage in the back garden.
