Invest International (also referred to as “Invest”) is not a regulated financial institution - however - some of our programs fall under the Wwft and in any case we perform KYC assessments as a best practice for all our programs using DNB guidance documents. Further to that we have KYC policies and procedures as well as a KYC Team - and a Risk & Compliance Department. In addition - the internal and external audit function is carried out by PwC and EY respectively. It is also important to note that the KYC process is mostly risk based instead of rule based.
