The delivery and installation of a Automated Wafer Level Tester Tool. The Automated Wafer Level Tester Tool will serve as a high-volume back-end functional testing system for the thousands of wafers per year that will be fabricated in the new 6” InP Pilot Line at HTC Eindhoven. In addition to the wafers fabricated in this cleanroom - other wafers of various sizes will pass through this back-end facility and require electrical - optical - or electrical/optical testing. This includes SiN - SOI - GaN varying from 100mm to 300mm. Ideally - all of these - as well as glass panel type substrates - will be able to be loaded and tested via this tool.
